Eaglehawk GP Clinic is a newly established, contemporary general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare to the local community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to become part of our growing team and help shape our clinic from day one.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with our GPs and administrative team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Immunisations and vaccinations
Chronic disease management and care planning
Health assessments and preventative health programs
Wound care and dressings
Assisting with procedures
Cold chain management and vaccine stock control
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting accreditation and quality improvement activities
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in general practice (preferred but not essential)
Immunisation certification (highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
