As a Senior Civil Designer, you’ll lead design teams, drive 12d modelling on major TMR projects, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes across Southeast Queensland.
What you’ll do:
Lead civil/road design and 12d modelling for complex infrastructure projects
Manage, mentor and develop design teams
Ensure compliance with Austroads, TMR standards, and industry best practice
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions
What you bring:
10+ years’ civil design experience, including roads/highways
Proven leadership in managing small design teams
Robust 12d modelling and technical expertise in TMR projects
Australian Citizenship
