We’re offering a fantastic chance for a highly motivated, dynamic, Receptionist/Customer Service Officer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, be outgoing and friendly with excellent computer skills, great communication, and be an outstanding team player.

You will be the face of our business and be ready to take ownership of front desk operations. Working closely with our two estimators and other project managers, your duties will include:
Managing incoming customer enquiries via multiple channels
Coordinating a centralized inbox
Managing schedules and calendars for Senior Estimators
Following up and actioning client requests and correspondence
Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintaining databases, files and records with effective cloud and paper filing systems
Day to day operational duties - collecting mail, banking
Administrative support to other team members as required
Provide support to field staff and act as the go to for all operational matters eg fuel cards, fleet servicing, insurances and registration, training
Maintain office supplies including stationery and kitchen products
Assist in maintaining the office and kitchen to a clean and organized standard

Experience
2-5yrs previous administration/customer service experience




Preferred but not essential knowledge of HubSpot and SimPRO

Training will be provided for our software and there are opportunities for additional upskilling if desired.

Hours

Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 16:00pm

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
