A thriving conference centre nestled at the foothills of Mount Macedon is seeking an enthusiastic Function Chef to join our team.
We provide full conference facilities to our guests, including exceptional dining and accommodation, and are looking for a passionate chef to help deliver high-quality food experiences for conferences, events and functions.

Casual Function Chef

What We're Looking For:
Experience in a commercial kitchen, with function or event catering experience highly regarded
Ability to prepare and present high-quality meals in a rapid-paced environment
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Versatile availability, including weekdays, evenings and weekends as required
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transport (preferred due to our location and varying shift times)
Solid understanding of food safety principles
