The role may involve:
Personal care, including showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
Manual handling and the use of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and hoists.
Transportation and supporting community access and social engagement.
Light domestic duties, including meal preparation and household tasks.

About you:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who have:
Skilled or lived experience supporting people with disability
Experience providing high-level care and support




Experience using mobility equipment such as hoists (desirable)
Flexibility and availability to work a range of shifts
A genuine commitment to supporting participant choice, independence, and wellbeing

Essential criteria:
An understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support
Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach
A valid QLD driver’s license with a reliable vehicle,
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
The legal right to work in Australia
Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
Excellent communication skills
A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities
