We started our operations in 2016 in ACT; now we are providing our services to NDIS participants in ACT, Current South Wales and Queensland. We have Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), Support Coordination, Psycho-social Recovery Coaching, Plan Management, Social community and home care support, Centre/ Community based Group activities. In our accommodation options (SIL, STA & MTA) we are supporting participant with complex mental health, challenging behaviours and other physical or medical conditions. Our Supported Living Program providing short term (respite), medium and long term supported accommodation to the NDIS participants.
Job tasks and responsibilities
NDIS accountant with experience in Disability Service Provider company.
Processing of NDIS claims and payments through the Proda portal
Invoicing and payment requests via Proda Portal for NDIA managed participants
Invoicing self-managed participants
Conduct fortnightly audits
Reconciling remittance advices and invoices
Preparing quotes
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and effective monitoring and usage of financial resources
Using MYOB, you will be directly responsible for:
Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
Weekly accounts payable run, ensuring suppliers are paid on time
Assisting the Plan Management Program and NDIS Billing/Accounts Receivable function
We are looking for someone who has had experience in similar roles within the NDIS sector, or someone with accounts experience and exposure to the NDIS within a different role.
Pay: $36.00 – $37.00 per hour
