About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless service experience while acting as the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
Liaising with technicians and workshop control regarding vehicle progress
Providing customers with updates and maintenance recommendations
Coordinating vehicle handovers and ensuring customer satisfaction
Upselling additional repair and maintenance work where appropriate
Maintaining accurate service records and administrative processes





What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
Professional presentation and communication skills
Experience with dealership management systems is highly regarded
Current and valid driver’s licence
