The Deep Fry & Cook position is responsible for preparing, frying, cooking, and plating menu items to Momo Chicken standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a robust focus on food safety and cleanliness.

Kitchen Operations
Cook and deep-fry chicken to correct doneness, crispness, and portion standards
Prepare sauces, sides, and menu items according to recipes
Plate dishes neatly and consistently following Momo Chicken presentation guidelines
Monitor cook times and maintain efficient workflow during busy periods

Requirements
Must follow all food safety and WHS guidelines
Hospitality or kitchen experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot kitchen environment
Availability on weekends and nights
