About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused full time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at Melbourne Central, Swanston, and Highpoint Store.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately
Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately




Support the team with daily store tasks, including cleaning and tidying
Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goals

Qualifications:
A positive attitude and passion for retail and customer service
Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential
