Chef

At Lady Lola Deli Bar Bistro, we are currently looking for a full time experienced Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities

· Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;

· Monitoring and managing stock levels;

· Estimating food costs and managing the budget;

· Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of secure sanitary food handling practices;

· Monitoring the full process, from the preparation until the presentation of the food, observing and testing food to determine if it is cooked as needed;

Requirements

· Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

· At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.

· Management Skills

· A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
