We are seeking an experienced and qualified trainer to deliver the CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations course in NSW.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Hold the relevant subclass of NSW Security Licence for the area you intend to deliver and assess.
Demonstrate ongoing compliance with all conditions imposed on your NSW Security Licence.
Demonstrate vocational (industry) competencies at least to the level you will be delivering and assessing.
Show evidence of ongoing development of VET knowledge and skills, maintaining industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
Successfully address all aspects of the Approved Trainer Application and Assessment as required by Rightway Security Training Academy.




Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification).
Relevant Industry Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications in your area of expertise within the security industry.
Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational training programs in the security field.
Familiarity with the compliance requirements and regulatory standards of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
