After-Care delivers care to people living on the Mornington Peninsula, City of Frankston and surrounding areas. What's involved?
This position involves providing excellent care and support to client's of After-Care who live with an age-related ailment or disability.
As as After-Care Nurse you will assist clients with clinical care, such as:
Medication Administration
Assessments
Wound Care
Cather care
Stoma care
Enteral Feeding
Other tasks as required under the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Current AHPRA Registration
Previous experience in Aged Care or disability required
High level of written and verbal communication and customer service
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
Understanding and commitment to person-centred practices
Ability to utilise smartphone applications
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $47.59 – $64.01 per hour
Licence/Certification:
Certificate in Individual Support (Preferred)
