About the Role

As a Product Genius, you will support the sales team by delivering engaging vehicle demonstrations and ensuring customers feel confident and excited about their new Zeekr. This is not a sales role—your focus is on product knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain features, technology, and safety systems in a easy, customer-friendly way
Conduct handovers and assist with vehicle setup and connectivity
Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards
Stay up to date with Zeekr products and innovations




Support the sales team with product-related enquiries

About You
Passion for technology, vehicles, and customer experience
Robust communication and presentation skills
Friendly, confident, and skilled approach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Previous automotive, retail, or hospitality experience advantageous
Full driver’s licence
