Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Attendant to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, protected, and organized kitchen environment to support our chefs and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, benches, storage areas, and waste disposal areas
Assist with basic food preparation as directed by chefs
Receive and store deliveries following food safety standards
Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Support kitchen and Food & Beverage staff during busy service periods
Qualifications
Your Skills and experience include:
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
