NDIS Support Worker (Male, Arabic-Speaking) – ASD Experience Required
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate male NDIS Support Worker who is Arabic-speaking and experienced in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will provide person-centred support to help build independence, routine, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily living and community access support
Implement structured routines tailored to ASD needs
Support emotional regulation and behavioural strategies
Assist with social skill development and engagement
Maintain explicit documentation and communication with the care team
Requirements
Male support worker (client preference)
Fluent in Arabic and English
Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with ASD
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
