Hotel Panchos, the Gold Coast’s oldest and most iconic Mexican restaurant (est. 1982), is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our vibrant team. We’re a busy, high-energy venue, known for bold flavours, festive vibes, and excellent drinks – and we need someone who can keep up with the pace and bring the party to life behind the bar.

What we're looking for:
Proven cocktail-making experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
Solid knowledge of spirits, margaritas, and classic cocktails
Confident, friendly and energetic personality
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Reliable transport to semi-rural area
