Job description:
We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our team. You will prepare high quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, attentive service in a calm, welcoming environment by the water. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso based drinks to standard
Operate coffee machines and grinders safely
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
Take customer orders and manage POS transactions accurately
Dial in grinders and adjust for consistency throughout service
Provide prompt, friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and supplies
Follow food safety and hygiene requirements




Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 6 months barista experience (required)
Confident operating an espresso machine and grinder
Basic POS and cash handling skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
