The Opportunity

We require a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our ecommmerce based team in Tottenham.

The successful candidate will be required to
Handle incoming sales and order enquiries
Processing of customer orders
Manage "LiveChat"
Organizing customer deliveries
Arrange customer returns and general administration.
Respond to daily email communication
Answering incoming call
Liaise with suppliers

Have some retail / administration experience
Demonstrated impeccable customer service
Strong organisational skills
