RYCO is a growing rope access company delivering high-quality access, maintenance, remediation, and specialist works across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians at all levels including those with trade qualifications such as welding
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of rope access works, which may include:
Building wash-downs and façade cleaning
Painting, remediation, mastic, and rendering works
Structural inspections and maintenance
Installation and repair tasks at height
Working as part of a qualified rope access team under IRATA standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians, with the right attitude being just as important as experience.
Essential Requirements:
Current IRATA certification (L1 / L2 / L3)
White Card
Working at Heights
Solid safety mindset and adherence to IRATA procedures
Ability to work well in a team and take direction on site
Reliable, punctual,
and professional presentation
Australian Resident or Working VISA
Structural and specialist welding works at height and in difficult access environments (for suitably qualified candidates)
Desirable (but not essential):
Trade background or relevant site experience
Experience in painting, remediation, or façade works
Confined space certification
High-risk licences (EWP, rigging, etc.)
First AID/CPR
Trade qualifications (e.g. Welding – First Class or equivalent)
