About the Role
Are you energetic, love working outdoors and looking for a real career path rather than just another job ? We are looking for an ambitious, early-career Grounds Team Member to join our crew based out of our Gregory Hills depot.
This is an entry-level position with a transparent, fast-tracked pathway to becoming a Team Leader. We want someone we can invest in, train up, and eventually hand the keys of their their own truck to.
Salary & Benefits
Market-competitive salary $60,000 - $80,000 {depending on experience} plus super

What you will be doing:
Lawnmowing, edging, brush cutting pruning & general garden maintenance
Operating commercial grounds equipment { training provided}
Working efficiently within a team to keep sites looking immaculate.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
