We are a growing multi-store beverage business currently operating several locations across Brisbane. We are seeking a reliable and organised Part time Operations Assistant to support the business owner with day-to-day store operations, staff coordination and general administrative duties.

Full training will be provided, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and training
Support the daily operation of multiple store locations
Coordinate staff and store-related matters
Assist with staff rostering and general email correspondence
Complete basic administrative and operational paperwork
Conduct store visits and provide in-store support when required
Communicate with team members and help resolve day-to-day operational issues

About You

The ideal candidate will:
Be responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
Have robust organisational and communication skills
Be confident communicating in English, as all staff communicate in English
Be able to speak Mandarin,



which is highly regarded but not essential
Hold a valid Australian driver licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Hold a visa with long-term working rights in Australia
Be willing to travel between store locations when required
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, administration or team coordination will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
