We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland. This part time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming setting for our guests. As a key member of the travel and tourism industry, you will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience through your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a secondary school certificate is preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication skills and a friendly disposition.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
