We are seeking a dedicated Class Action Solicitor to join our energetic legal team in Sydney CBD. This permanent, full-time role is pivotal in managing and advancing class action cases, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of legal representation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our commitment to justice and client advocacy within the legal landscape of Australia.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee class action litigation from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Liaise with clients,



stakeholders, and external counsel to ensure effective communication and case management.
Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in legislation affecting class actions.
Mentor and support junior solicitors and legal staff within the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
Admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in class action or litigation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
