Currans Hill Childcare Centre are looking for exceptionally passionate and enthusiastic Diploma/Certificate III Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals at our 59-place centre in Currans Hill.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide an exceptional level of child care support with your day to day responsibilities including:
Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
Monitoring and documenting children's progress & individual children's portfolios
Mentoring and guiding less experienced staff within the Centre
Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.




Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Your passion and love for children and childcare, as well as your friendly, creative and enthusiastic nature, are all key attributes for the role. The successful candidate will ideally have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
A creative and pro-active team player
Current Working With Children Check
Hold a current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
Ability to work collaboratively with and support other staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
