Job Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Italian dishes, including pastas, pizzas, risottos, and traditional Italian entrees, according to our recipes and standards.
Assist in managing and organizing the kitchen, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute daily menu items, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure and clean kitchen environment.
Monitor and control food waste, ensuring cost-effective practices in the kitchen.
Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook, preferably with a focus on Italian cuisine




Solid understanding of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently, while also demonstrating creativity and flexibility in the kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a solid team player mentality.

Working Hours: This position is on a casual basis, with versatile working hours based on the restaurant's needs. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
