We are hiring enthusiastic, hardworking staff with a passion for customer service (and of course gelato) and for supervising to join our existing team. For this role you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.
Experience in hospitality, or gelateria preferred and as a supervisor or manager
Problem solver
Passion for the service industry and an interest in food
Can-do attitude is essential, lead and be an example
Friendly, bubbly personality is essential
Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community setting
Punctuality is essential
Can work quickly and efficiently in a quick paced setting
Well-presented & safety conscious - exemplary hygiene required
Excellent communication skills, know how to talk and help people to work better
Ability to work in a team environment
Happy to work days, nights and weekends
