Vinabar is a cozy, intimate cocktail bar offering laid-back vibes and a focus on creating personal connections with every guest. With a Pan- Asian theme and a love for Southeast Asian flavours, we serve carefully crafted cocktails and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Take orders and provide table service to guests.
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails.
Open and close the bar, ensuring all setups and clean-downs are handled efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized bar space while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
Complete necessary preparation for cocktails and stock for service.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in cocktail bars is required.
Knowledge of Southeast Asian fruits and flavours is a bonus.
Solid customer service skills, a passion for cocktails, and a drive to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Schedule & Availability
Roles are available on part-time or full-time basis for the right candidate
Operating hours are 5 pm to 2 am, Tuesday to Saturday. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
