This Role is All About the Bar
Lead and develop the bar team while fostering a positive, supportive culture
Own bar operations including ordering, stocktake, and maintaining high safety standards
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our updated drinks on the cocktail menu!
Engage with guests to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere every shift

About You
Leadership experience in a bar is highly regarded (strong bar experience also welcome)
Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
Thrive in fast paced environments and love juggling multiple priorities
Passionate about beverages, trends, and delivering excellent service
Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
