Cho Cho San has held a Valuable Food Guide hat for 11 consecutive years. That kind of consistency doesn't come from the fit-out, it comes from the people behind the bar and on the floor. We're looking for a bartender to join a team that takes genuine pride in what they do. Switched on, warm with guests, and reliable about the craft.

You know your product — spirits, sake, cocktails — and you build genuine presence without performing.



You hold pace and personality at the same time, and you stay calm when the room gets busy.

To be considered you'll need
Experience as a bartender in a quality restaurant or bar
Current RSA certification
