About The Role:
Assisting the Senior Migration Agent with case preparation and management, including drafting correspondence and preparing application forms.
Preparing and collating documents for visa applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
Liaising directly with clients, providing updates on their application status and answering queries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintaining accurate client records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Managing critical deadlines and ensuring the timely submission of all applications and supporting documents.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the migration team, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Position:




Fulltime, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
