Café All Rounder / Barista

The Drop Espresso Bar is looking for a motivated and reliable Café All Rounder to join our busy team.

We’re looking for someone who:
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
Stays calm and works well under pressure.
Has a positive attitude and provides great customer service.
Is a team player who is always willing to help others.
Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

What we offer:
20–30 hours per week, depending on experience and availability.
A supportive team workplace.
On-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills.
Experience making coffee is a bonus, but not essential—we’re happy to provide training to the right person.
