Role Summary:
Provide person-centred support to an NDIS participant with complex physical support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with secure transfers, wheelchair mobility, and pressure care.
Perform routine catheter care and monitor for any concerns.
Administer or assist with medications as authorised.
Support meal preparation, light household tasks, and daily living activities.
Assist with community access, appointments, and social participation.
Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in the participant's health or wellbeing.
Follow infection control, manual handling, WHS, and NDIS Practice Standards.

Essential Requirements:
Experience supporting participants with complex physical care needs.
Competence in catheter care, stoma care and medication support.
Current First Aid & CPR.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Police Check.
Solid communication skills and a compassionate, skilled approach.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
