We are currently seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy medical practice. If you have a passion for patient care and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Merrylands, NSW
Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts)
Availability: 2–3 days per week (flexible days between Monday-Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Manage bookings, phone and email enquiries, and front desk operations
Processing billing and Medicare claims
Maintaining patient records in line with privacy and confidentiality standards
Providing general administrative support to the Doctor
General housekeeping

Requirements:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) (Essential)
Arabic speaking (preferred)
Valid drivers licence
Owns their own vehicle

Skills & Experience:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone manner and presentation
Computer literacy, and experience with practice management software (Pracsoft, Medical Director, Proda) preferred but not essential




Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (Desirable)
