We are currently seeking experienced Fish Trimmers to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Skinning, Pin boning and Portioning fish fillets in a wet and cold workplace.
Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties.
Always working to a high standard of Secure Food handling practices.
Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.




Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition.

Essential Requirements:
Must have experience as a Knife hand/Trimmer in Fresh Food Processing environment.
Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood
Ability to communicate in English.
Full, permanent work rights in Australia
Flexible hands-on work attitude
Sound understanding of all WH&S; Protocols
Ability to work well in a team workplace
