We are seeking skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team for ongoing projects across NSW. This role involves fabrication, welding, repairs, and maintenance of metal structures in workshop and site-based settings.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to industry standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and machinery
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Conduct quality checks and report defects or structural issues
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements




Trade qualification as a Welder / Fabricator
Demonstrated experience in fabrication and welding
Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
White Card (preferred but not required depending on assignment)
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $76,515.00 – $78,000.00 per year
