We're looking for an energetic and organised Inside Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sydney team.
This is not your typical customer service role.
You'll work across sales, customer support and operations, helping customers while supporting our national sales team and ensuring orders move smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.

What you'll be doing
Speaking with customers via phone, email and in person
Processing orders and quotations
Following up new sales opportunities
Booking demonstrations for our sales team
Supporting customers with product advice
Coordinating warranty claims
Working with our warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries
Managing customer information within our CRM
Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns
What we're looking for
You love helping customers and are comfortable picking up the phone.
You're organised,
proactive and enjoy working with different people across a business.
Ideally you'll have experience in customer service, internal sales or administration, although we'll provide product training.
We'd love someone who has
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems
A positive, can-do attitude
The ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience in industrial, automotive or trade industries is highly regarded but not essential.
