About the Role

We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our fast-paced packing facility. These are hands-on roles responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the effective processing, grading, and packing of fresh produce.

You will play a key role in maintaining production flow, product quality, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery (washing, grading, packing lines)
Set up equipment and ensure optimal performance during shifts
Monitor controls, gauges, and product flow
Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate where required




Conduct cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks
Inspect product quality and remove non-conforming items
Pack, label, and prepare product for dispatch
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all WHS and food safety requirements
Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
