At Alumicorp & Brisbane Express Powder Coating, we believe skills can be taught, but integrity and positive character are what matter most.We are looking for responsible for providing HR and administrative support, maintaining employee records, assisting with daily office operations, and ensuring company procedures and documentation are effectively managed.
Assist with employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll activities.
Manage office administration, filing, and company records.
Assist with ISO/QMS documentation, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate meetings, communications, and staff activities.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Strong organisation and time management skills.




Good communication and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
