We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a permanent chance within a highly automated production facility.

$65.00 per hour (weekend rates included)
12-hour day shifts only

Roster 12-hour Day Shift Panama Roster:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

The Role Working within a quick-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for:




Preventative and breakdown maintenance across automated production lines
Fault finding on electrical, pneumatic and PLC-controlled equipment
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Responding to production breakdowns to minimise downtime
Planned maintenance and shutdown work
Working closely with production to maximise equipment reliability and plant performance

About You To be successful you'll ideally have:
Electrical Trade Qualification and current Electrical Licence
Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, packaging or another automated manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience with conveyors, motors, VSDs, sensors and automated equipment
A proactive approach with a strong safety focus
Ability to work independently within a high-performing maintenance team
