General Manager - Food & Beverage

Luxury Five-Star Hotel | Sydney

An exceptional chance exists for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the entire food and beverage operation within one of Sydney's most prestigious luxury hotels.

This role is responsible for leading all food and beverage services across the hotel, including the restaurant, bar & lounge, room service, conferences, weddings and private events.

Working alongside the Executive Chef and reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll lead a team of experienced managers while driving operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences and, most importantly, a positive and engaged team culture.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, mentoring future leaders and creating an setting where both staff and guests thrive.

About the Role
Lead all food & beverage operations across multiple outlets.
Develop and mentor Restaurant Managers and departmental leaders.
Build and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
Drive cross-training and leadership development across the operation.




Deliver exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
Manage financial performance, labour and operational efficiencies.
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team to achieve business objectives.

About You

You'll have experience leading premium food and beverage operations within luxury hotels, large hospitality groups or high-end venues. You're an inspiring leader who is passionate about developing people, building culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
