we are currently looking for an experienced barista to join our waterloo team
to be successful for this position, ideally you must be
competent with all aspects of coffee making together with experience in customer services.
Minimum 2 years local barista experience
confident in free pour latte arts
able to handle 5-6kg solo with consistent coffee latte arts
ideally have a great awareness of recent coffee trend, outstanding understanding in single origin beans, background knowledge of filter coffee, batch brew, cold drip etc.
Capable of working under high pressure setting and willing to take challenges
effective communication skills
