Property Officer

Your key responsibilities will include:
Organise and attend open homes and private inspections
Conduct In-going/Outgoing & Periodic Inspections
Respond to incoming enquiries
Process rental applications and reference check tenants
Organise lease documentation and sign up current tenants
Assist Property Managers with property management tasks
Generate new business

The successful candidates will require:




Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one
A Current Driver's Licence & Car
Polite and Confident Phone Manner
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Pay: $68,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
