Your role

You'll lead from the front by:
Coaching and developing your team
Delivering exceptional customer service
Driving sales and store presentation
Managing inventory and merchandising
Supporting recruitment and training
Maintaining a safe, well-run store

About you

You'll have:




At least two years' retail leadership experience
Solid customer service and people leadership skills
A positive, hands-on attitude
The ability to motivate and develop a team
Australian work rights

Hardware experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants from supermarket, trade and other customer-focused retail environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
