The successful Account Director will manage and take major responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the Brand Society's business in partnership with our Clients including Mondelez, Cussons andOcean Spray.

The Account Director manages the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments, ensuring a high level of effective creative advertising output. The Account Director leads and supports more Junior Account Management Team members, maintains a team-oriented and productive relationship with Strategy, Creative & Production teams plus establisheds excellent client relationships at all levels. The Account Director will continually develop a 3-tiered understanding of the client’s business, the industry and the economic influences on the business - Identifying opportunities to grow client business. They will demonstrate Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting, along with meeting growth targets for the accounts through proactive initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
