We are seeking Cashier/Customer service assistants (Must be 18 Years Or Older) , responsible for customer service, handling payments, operating POS systems, assisting customers, and maintaining an organised front counter for our liquor stores located in MENTONE AND BENTLEIGH.
Responsibilites -
Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled service at the counter
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems and issue receipts
Assist customers with inquiries, tickets, or product information
Maintain a clean and organised counter area
Balance cash drawer and follow workplace procedures
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required
Follow safety, security, and company policies
Hold a valid RSA certificate or be willing to obtain one before commencing.
Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual
Pay: $18.59 – $26.55 per hour
