The Role – Team Member
As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a excellent dining experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service – greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
Food Preparation – assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
Kitchen Operations – supporting pan-cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.
Restaurant Cleanliness – maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
Teamwork – working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
