About the Role

Refined Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate female Support Worker to join our team in Chelsea, VIC. The role involves providing in-home assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining hygiene, and following structured routines to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and domestic support in line with care requirements.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and laundry areas (e.g., benchtops, sinks).
Assist with laundry tasks when requested.
Complete all tasks calmly, without rushing.
Stay until the scheduled finish time (leaving early is not permitted).
Communicate respectfully and check preferences with the participant when unsure.

Key Requirements
Female Support Worker (requirement based on participant preference).
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role is highly regarded.




Ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene standards.
Reliable, patient, and consistent approach to care.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).

Pay: $44.00 – $50.00 per hour
