Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician – Premium Projects Sydney

The Role You’ll join an experienced service team responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of residential and commercial air conditioning systems across Sydney. This role suits a technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with clients, and enjoys working both independently and within a supportive technical team.

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain & repair HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions
Deliver exceptional on‑site customer service
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive technical team
Represent the business professionally at all times

Ideal Candidate
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
Current Driver’s Licence
White Card / WHS Card




Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Living within reasonable proximity to the Sutherland Shire
Honest, reliable, hardworking, with a robust work ethic
Experience with Daikin systems highly regarded (not essential)
