Transit Systems (QLD) is expanding, and we want a Driver Trainer who's ready to do more than deliver sessions - someone who'll help us build the frameworks, resources and progression pathways that our training function needs as we scale.

About You
Confident building and improving processes, not just following them
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Robust organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
High attention to detail
A great team player
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
MR or above Australian driver's license
Driver accreditation




A valid Working with Children Check
Experience in the transport industry, ideally public transport/bussing
Working knowledge of Heavy Vehicle and Passenger Transport requirements
Minimum 3 years' previous training experience
