Groundbake Cronulla is seeking a friendly and dedicated Shop Front Assistant to join our team. As part of our community-focused bakery, you'll play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere while serving our artisan sourdough, pastries and traditional breads. If you're passionate about connecting with customers and contributing to a local favourite that's cherished by both regulars and recent faces, we’d love to have you help us create a positive experience for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations
Handle cash and card transactions
Stock shelves and display baked goods
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop front
Support basic food preparation tasks

What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and positive attitude
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required

Must have versatile availability & available Mondays, Tuesdays & weekends - no school students sorry.

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
